Add a touch of wackiness to ordinary word search fun for a little extra challenge. Instead of ordinary squares and rectangles, these puzzles come in really wild shapes or have an entertaining twist. Each word search has a theme to go along with the distinctive picture; for example, a grid in the shape of a smiley face has clues that deal with being happy. A tulip puzzle features flowers as its subject. In addition, 10 puzzles have special gimmicks: in three rebuses, little symbols replace certain letter combinations (such as a picture of a teacup in place of T-E-A). “Movie Editing” plays a little game with Hollywood films, by giving them a one-word title change to create a very different plot.

    Word search with a twist

This is not your regular word search type of puzzle. It has a message after you are all finished finding the words. It is a stimulating type of puzzle book, great to keep the mind moving while learning and relearning words, phrases, etc. It is especially great for keeping your mind and mental skills alert.

    A reviewer

Just received this book today and I love it. It adds a fresh and creative touch for word search puzzlers. Each puzzle is based on a different theme and the uncircled letters then spell out a quote or truism when the puzzle has been completed. Some of the puzzles use symbols for part of the word throughout the puzzle. Nothing boring about this book! Hope there will be a second volume.

    Good for all skill levels

I initially purchased another book from Mark Danna - simply because of it's spiral. Well, it's full, so I needed another one - and was so glad to find Mark Danna had another book of word search puzzles. His puzzles aren't hard, but aren't a piece of cake either. I use them with kids in therapy and having the spiral bound book is integral.

Dear Mark Danna - please make more of these!? :D

    Not as I expected

The puzzles were what I expected. They were very simple word searches.
