Love this cookbook! We've enjoyed the Wagamama restauarants in Amsterdam and London. Was wonderful when we could re-create some of our favorite dishes at home. Easy to follow directions and explanation of ingredients. Local Asian foods store was helpful in finding the specific ingredients as many cannot be substituted in this cookbook.
