Meet the Author

A former editorial cartoonist for the Seattle Times, Red and Rover creator Brian Basset is also the cartoonist behind the strip Adam@Home. Brian grew up in McLean, Va., and is an alum of Ohio State University. He draws from his home studio in Issaquah, Wash., where he lives with his wife, two teenage sons, and of course, several pets.

    Brian Basset's Waggin' Tales is the epitome of the love between a boy and his dog. If you've ever loved a dog, you will be able to connect with Red in many of the comics. Red and Rover touch the hearts of all dog lovers.
