    Life Changing

For me personally, this book has touched on many things I have not been able to explain. I have been on a long journey and this hook has been able to fill in and lead me towards what I have been looking for. I am purchasing the Meditation for dummies next. Stephan Bodian is a great writer from my prospective because his words give clarity to things I could not personally wrap my thoughts around. Give a read and you will see what I am talking about. Wake up now!!
