    It was okay

    It was very slow going at first and considering this was fairly short, I wish the author focused more on the action or clearly discussing the character's background rather than excessively going over how different from humans the main character is in a very melodramatic way. Once things started going, it got better, but then ended. I liked the premise but wanted more all around. Not sure I will get the second part.
