The books give a lot of terrific information and great recording pages. The pedometer is not user friendly. I found that it would not reset easily and only after many attempts. Setup was totally impossible.

I recently purchased this book that came with this pedometer because i had pruchased a much much much more expensive pedometer that didn't count correctly. This little pedometer is pefect! it counts correctly and it came with a book to track your progress! good buy people VERY good buy!

I found the book and pedometer very user friendly. The only thing to make this better would be a personal trainer and a cook.

I enjoyed this product as both the book and the log are nice. The small book gives good reasons and how to on walking to lose weight and improve your health. And the logbook provides a convenient place as well as plenty of space to log your results both of walking and weight loss. The only problem that I have with the kit is that the pedometer broke after only 3 days of use. The cover is held on with two small pins, similar to the pins that hold a watch on a watchband. The problem is, the pins can slide right out of the end of the pedometer and allow the cover to fall off. Which means that the belt clip is no longer attached. It would be nicer if the pin went all the way through like most watch pins do.
