Meet the Author

Lucy Knight is a professional fitness instructor and trained dancer. She has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and in that time has seen a new approach to walking change many of her clients’ lives for the better. She has designed and presented twelve fitness programs on video and DVD and provided consultancy for Avon Cosmetics. Lucy’s Gymball Workout promotion for Special K was so successful that sales were double Kellogg’s original expectations. She is the popular fitness agony aunt for the Sunday Mirror and also regularly contributes to magazines such as Tesco Healthy Living Club, Mother and Baby and Slimmer, healthier, fitter.
