Library JournalNot your ordinary body-language book, this one claims that individuals can change their movements and body postures as a first step toward changing their emotional behaviors. In essence, choreographer Plonka (What Are You Afraid Of?) helps readers develop their kinesthetic sense. Through exercises, thought-provoking lessons, and examples, the author demonstrates how to attend to physical movements and posture, make appropriate changes, and find more satisfaction in life. While her message sounds too simple to be convincing, Plonka makes a strong case for this sixth sense. Not essential but a worthwhile purchase for most libraries.
