    Great Book

    I have read several books on real estate and felt this book provided the most pertinant and practical information. It outlined the most important things to consider and included easy to understand examples. The specific details of how purchasing real estate can influence your taxes was especially interesting.

    Good book

    I thought this was a good general read on the real estate market however, I was surprised there's scant mention of tax liens and tax deed foreclosures, which really are the closest thing you can get to secured returns in the real estate market. Overall, a good read, but I do suggest some other books if you're looking for steady returns from RE investments.
