A open window to a lost time.

Karamojo Bell exemplifies the adage 'accuracy is everything'. Unlike his contemporaries, he relies on surgical precision in lieu of raw power to make his kills. Most people do not know that even today every hunter feeds many people with his harvest. Every animal I killed in Africa fed people.

    Fascinating Read

A fascinating account of early 20th century Africa as seen through the eyes of an elephant hunter. The book provides a window to see Africa, its wildlife, and its people in a way no longer possible. This is the classic elephant hunting book, but it is much more than just a book on elephant hunting.
