Meet the Author

Wendy Perkins has specialised in addiction counselling for the past 22 years. Her counselling program, Courage to Change, runs seminars and workshops for the general public on emotional overeating and its link to co-dependency issues. Wendy has also worked in sales and marketing and initiated one of the first women’s networks in Sydney in 1992, Enterprising Women, for professional and home based business owners. This network provided a resource centre for business contacts and training programs for women in the micro business sector.

Dr Sandra Cabot MBBS, DRCOG is the Medical and Executive Director of the Australian National Health Advisory Service. She graduated with honours in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Adelaide in South Australia in 1975.
Dr Cabot has conducted health seminars all over the world and is frequently asked to lecture for numerous health organisations such as The American Liver Foundation and the Annual Hepatitis Symposium.
