NEW YORK TIMES and USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR, ELLE CASEY, brings readers Book 3 in the YA Urban Fantasy WAR OF THE FAE Series.

The animosity between Darkness & Light continues to grow, as do Jayne's supernatural, elemental abilities in the Green Forest. Long-lost friends arrive, new friends leave, passion burns, and mysteries abound. What is Light and what is Dark? Who can the Light Fae trust? Who will be left standing in the end and whose side will they be on? Nothing is ever as it seems, and all is fair in love and War of the Fae.

Content Warning: Mild violence and significant foul language within. Meant for older Young Adult readers (age 15+).

About this series: A reader fan recently set up a blog dedicated to casting the actors for the War of the Fae movie. No, it is not in production to be made into a movie, nor have I sold the rights to anyone for the movie. But just in case I ever do, my fans will be sure the casting director has a complete line-up ready! Editorial Reviews

Goodreads - Lisa Ann
"The one thing I can always count on from author Elle Casey, is her uncanny ability to hook a reader into a story or series, and tie them relentlessly into the journey of not only the main protagonist, but also all supporting characters, both good and not so nice. The War of the Fae series is perhaps one of the best examples of this magical connection with her readers. Casey has created a whole world of characters that you very quickly care very much about."
We Live and Breathe Books blog - Marlon Balraj
"The drama flew through the roof. Jayne's powers are growing and the demand on her is insane. What I really loved about Call to Arms was the intricacy of the plot and how issues were placed against issues and desires were placed against desires to create a world that did not adhere to a strict and typical diet of 'paranormal young adult fantasy'. Jayne is still cracking jokes, is still cursing, is still making stupid decisions, is still relateable, still has ulterior motives, still is Jayne."
Amazon - Amazon Reviewer
"Better and better. I can't think if a single thing in this series that I don't like and that is saying a lot. The further I get into it the more I can't stop reading. Definitely a series you want to read in order and well worth the read."
Amazon - Margaret Thomas
"Each book gives you more and more. Books 1,2,3 were fantastic. Each book after gives you more and more insight into each character. I am reading these books faster then most because the writer keeps me interested. The anticipation of the next twist is what keeps me wanting to turn the page."

Another great story of "all's fair in love and war" as the young figuring out up from down, who's with who and where do you look for the bad guys. Keep reading they keep getting better.

Things are definitely starting to heat up in Darkness and Light: Book 3 of War of the Fae. The fist two books dealt with Jayne and her friends finding out they were Fae and dealt with their training and how they reacted to finding themselves in an extraordinary world with extraordinary powers. In Book 3 they're still training but the addition of Jayne's best friend to the Fae really amps up the level of that training and things start to heat up as the war between Light and Dark ignites. I enjoyed the first two books alot and this one didn't disappoint. Jayne is still Jayne, crude language and all. Tim is still a crazy pixie with bad gas and all of their friends continue to evolve, grow and change (some in not so good of ways). This book was a little more intense than the last two due to certain events that take place along with the brewing war but as always the way Jayne deals with every situation is so much fun. I like that not all of my questions have been answered yet and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I also really enjoy that these stories are not predictable. I have no idea what's going to happen next most of the time and anything and everything can and will happen. It really keeps you on your toes. The writing is superb and Mrs. Casey really has a way with words. There's just something special about this series that brings a smile to my face, it's impossible to have a bad day after reading them (maybe they have some type of pixie spell on them?).

This book really holds your attention with strong characters. You'll find yourself falling for Tony, Jayne, Chase, Spike and Finn. This series just keeps getting better. I can't wait too read the next book in the series. This book is appropriate for teens and adults to read.

For a $5 book I would have expected a lot more. Mostly a lot of very filthy words and the same old girl can't help her feelings for the bad boy. Way to many books in this storyline (7) total and a lack of new material in each. Also, each book is very short for $5 each. Certainly not worth the money.
