I bought this book to supplement other materials I had on depression glass. It was great in that it features more patterns that previous books I had purchased and has great illustrations. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in depression glass.
If you love Depression glass, you'll love this book. It's arranged in alphabetical order by the name of the Depression glass pattern, so it's very easy to use. Large color pictures help you identify the pieces you have. Another great tool in determining what pattern(s) you have is the Thumbnail Identification Guide, which shows small drawings of each of the patterns presented in the book. There's also a special section on recognizing reproductions. All updated pricing, too, by glass expert Ellen T. Schroy.
Excellent product. I purchased for working in the field and found it easy to use and actually held up well to the damage that I brought on it. It also has an easy to use formatting so you can quickly identify glass.
