Best believable science fiction I've read!!

Carol Weston's Warriors of a Distant Planet has a great story line, well fleshed out characters, some of the most true to life characters I've come across, and for them to ride horses, fight with broadswords and use their wits just makes for a great book to read. Can't wait for the second book!

the most fictious book ever read since the year i was born 1985

there are multitous of people reading this book at this time that have loved it. i vehimetly believe that this is an awesome book. beggining with carol's past friendships, lost and unforgotten friends. at first that was what i thought it would be about when i first read the title. Warriors of a Distant Planet; i thought she would be talking about her and her best friends being worriors cause they would stand for eachother and from distant planets because of the raise, culture, skin color, different thoughts and stuff like that. ther must be something inside this woman carol that has been in there for several years that she hasn't forgotten about and is now bringing them out in pen and pencil. this is a wonderful book. hope you like it people, and congratulations carol.

New Sci-Fi/Fantasy Saga with a Feminine Punch

Soren, the main character in the novel, is a warrior of Amazon proportions. She and her sisters stand 'head and shoulders' above the others inhabitants of the planet including their sworn enemies, the Shuntons. The women are gutsy, determined, intelligent, and skilled in several arts, including the art of war. The author Carol Weston (not to be confused with the writer of The Diary of Melanie Martin) moves Soren across great distances and into some unfriendly situations as she attempts to reunite lost members of her clan. She finds herself constantly fighting against other warriors and against the feeling that her sisters may need her skills as much as those members of the Seva Te she seeks. Warriors of a Distant Planet has an exceptional story line. I look forward to the growth of this author and to her next volume in the series.
