2.5 stars would be my final rating

I judged this book by it''s cover and found to my surprise and somewhat dissapointment that this was actually a VERY CLEAN read. There was suggestive scenes but nothing explicit except for a kiss or two, story itself was just ok but again I was thinking this was an erotic romance which it was not.

    good book

Carlie's neighbors was a good looking. One day she was watching from one of her windows. She ran a bake shop with her childhood best friend. Connor was her neighbors name. She was watching him and she was playing with herself and he was now watching her. Connor's wife passed away 5 years and they have a daughter but his mom had custody of her. She had moved to a new house that was closer to the bake shop. Connor had gone into the bake shop because Isabella wanted some cookies. So Connor and Carlie had a date and he went to her house and had sex that night. They had got married six months of their first date and she was pregnant and Isabella was now living with them for good. I enjoyed this novel very much. It had a happy ending to it. ShelleyMA

    Good quick read

Carlie and Connor are neighbors and they both have lost their spouses. One to cheating and the other to cancer. Both still feel hurt but they both feel something between them. Quite interesting what actions break the ice.

    Rushed and implausible

Normally I don't criticize free books as free is a fabulous thing, but this book feels completely disjointed and has no feeling of actual possibility in the real world. The characters don't have much depth and the sexual aspects are so random they come from nowhere. The 1 star it receives is for not wasting my money, but that's about the best I can say for it.
