Overview

Wave Worthy is a children's coloring book with 40 single pages of illustrated scenes and activities centered around safety and fun at the beach. The text helps reinforce safety, self esteem, the value of friendship, teamwork, and respect of nature. The very first activity page reinforces kids self esteem and sense of worth by having them draw themselves in place of the cover star of Wave Worthy.

There are multiple coloring and activity pages presenting analogies between beach activities and life situations, making it something adults and kids can explore together. The images can be cut out of the book and displayed in the home, or the classroom.

About the Author

JASON MICKLE is a photographer based in New York City with a degree in graphic design. He spent his time as a child drawing and painting. Wave Worthy is something he created for his 5 year old self with hopes it will be enjoyed by kids today.
