    Way of Sanchin Kata

This book gives an excellent insight into the Sanchin Kata, the DO, which means "the way" in Japanese. Regardless what style of karate is practiced, the systematic dissection of the kata, its movement and the associated components bring a new approach towards the karateka. Beside the short historical review each chapter brings new revelations towards the practitioner. The book cannot be read like a novel but serves as a valuable resource for a steady improvement not only of the Sanchin Kata but the entire art itself.
