Meet the Author

Scott Morrison is the Sports Editor of The Toronto Sun and a former hockey columnist. The author of two books, Fire on Ice and The Days Canada Stood Still, he has written about hockey for The Toronto Sun for 17 years, covering most of the great moments in the career of The Great One, from his Stanley Cup victories to his record-setting performances. Morrison, a former president of the Professional Hockey Writer's Association, also appears regularly with intermission features during Toronto Maple Leafs television broadcasts, as well as That's Hockey and Sportsdesk Extra on TSN. Morrison lives in Toronto with his wife Kathy and infant son Mark.
