Save your money.  This is the worst  book I’ve read on the ‘afterlife’.  Sandra just spits
out a bunch of her personal experiences, none of the them NDE and she basis
this whole on the afterlife, by EVP (electronic voice phenonenom phenomena)  that she
caught at a seminar.  I found this book very disappointing and sorry I spent the money on it.

The chapter on how your brain re-wires itself for the new reality after a loved one has transitioned is worth it weight in gold! My "aha moment" came when I realized that this applies to other forms of grief, such as an unwanted divorce. I knew that my brain had "short circuited" and now I know that it is predictable and does not last forever. Thank you Sandra for an incredibly well researched book.

Thank you Sandra for writing such a wonderful book! After being avid reader my entire life recently I’ve had issues completely a book. Death of family members, death of friends, loss of friendship and depression/anxiety issues have all left me feeling alone, isolated and empty. Then I started to read this book, within the first chapter I was completely hooked and engrossed. I read it in a day and a half and was deeply touched by it. I found the book to be full of helpful information and the research is well done and to the point.
I recommend this book to people of all faiths and religions, skeptics and doubters alike. There is simply something for everyone in this book. I also recommend it to anyone who has lost someone dear to them, someone who is fearful of death or anyone searching for a purpose in this world like me. After reading I must say, that this book has changed my life. It's one of the best books, I ever read.

This is by far the best book on this subject I have read in a very long time. It is not your usual life after death book with just case facts or descriptions about life in the afterlife. Ms. Champlain has really worked tiredlessly for a long time to present scientific facts on many different subjects and her book encompasses much more than just the subject of life after death. She also gives you little tips on how to work on having a connection with your loved one in spirit yourself. She mixes a little humor with an otherwise serious subject and draws a lot from her own experiences, too. This book is not a quick read, because there is so much what needs to be digested when reading. The scientific facts she presents are astounding. This book is heartwarming and soul searching and makes the reader want to be able to participate in this quest to connect with the other side. Also, it makes one want to conduct one's own life here on earth accordingly because since We Don't Die, only the physical body dies, we have to live on the other side with what we have done here on earth. This book also takes the sting of fear of death away, because we really are only changing planes of life. The book gives an account of "Instructions for the New Soul on its Journey to Earth" titled: Chapter 1 "Choosing to Visit Planet Earth" which I found so inspiring that I have printed it out. The author also gives accounts of where visualization work brought the almost immediate experience of it into her life and the life of friends. This book is so comprehensive and all-inclusive that it really needs to be read and experienced by the reader. It will be an experience you will never forget.
