An easy read that provides good information

The authors use a little bit of humor to convey their point, but it doesn't make light of the seriousness of the subject. I found a lot of very helpful tidbits that I can apply to my marriage, and I was able to use the book's wording to communicate my feelings to my spouse. I appreciated finding things (that I had struggled to explain to my spouse) written down in a way that expressed what I had been feeling.
