All Music Guide - Rick Anderson
Well, why not a Roches Christmas album? It's actually perfect, if you stop and think about it -- there's always been something cute and childlike about their tone, and when they put their formidable vocal chops to work on tunes as potentially complex as "Angels We Have Heard on High" and "The Holly and the Ivy," the results can be as gorgeous as they are unique. Their Brooklynese versions of "Frosty the Snowman" "Why, I oughta..." and "Winter Wonderland" "Gone away is da blueboid" are a hoot, and the a cappella "Star of Wonder" is a fascinating obscurity. There are a couple of missteps -- the pseudo-Latin rhythm and soprano sax don't contribute much to "We Three Kings," nor does the synth really enhance "Angels We Have Heard on High." But overall, We Three Kings will make an utterly charming addition to anyone's holiday play list.

    Delightful

This must certainly be one of the finest and most enjoyable holiday albums in the pop genre (or any other?). Only a Scrooge wouldn't enjoy this - the Roches' legendary harmonies, with songs charming, cheerful and lovely from start to finish. This one fits in nearly anyone's holiday music collection.

All their Christmas presents ... except the best

It's a great Christmas record by great artists. In the liner notes the sisters talk of how they loved singing carols together. These recordings show that they still do. But alas, where is their fabulous and famed Hallelujah Chorus!?! Left out, perhaps so you must also buy Keep On Doing. Fooey ... it's almost enough to send an honest CD buyer searching for MP3 downloads instead ... almost but not enough. Send the Roches a little of your money for the holidays.

    Simply the best

This is the best holiday CD ever. The Roches are witty, talented and charming. The song selection and harmonies are classic Roche Sisters! If I were on Christmas Island all year, this would be the only CD I'd have to bring

The Best Holiday CD I own (and I own over 30!)

No, I'm not listening to it yet, but I could! The Roches have the most amazing vocals and harmonies which are demonstrated in absolutely fantastic glory on this CD. Gives me goosebumps to listen to them... By far an essential holiday recording.
