Overview

The motivation of climate change presents humanity with a unique opportunity to live more abundantly, to become truly human. We can do this once we understand the core truth of the world's religions and the picture that science is now giving us.

The way ahead lies through reconnecting intuition and rationality within ourselves and seeing the way in which Spirit and Law weave together in the universe. By blending personal stories, myths, history and science Weaving the Cosmos teaches its readers how to be at home in the universe. The book ends with a survey of the social movements that are even now starting to make this vision a reality.

Until 1999 Chris Clarke was Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Southampton. He now teaches freelance on the relations between science and spirituality.
