We have this book in print, and the recipes help us create variety during the summer grilling season. There are recipes for other items besides burgers, which was an unexpected plus. Pictures are great, recipes easy to read, and lots of tasty alternatives to the standard ground-beef patty. Especially good for novice cooks.
A lot of good recipes, but pages froze often .... then had to close and reopen it to continue .... you think that Barnes & Noble wouldn't sell a book that doesn't work properly
I had the free sample added to my nook. All it offered was how to start a gas grill and how to use a charcoal grill. It seems to me that if I want a preview of their presentation of recipes and that is they offer then their product can't be very good.
