This book is a million times better than that "other" photographer's legal handbook that is so popular. This is the book that needs to be popular over that one; I guess people haven't yet found it! The book contains excellent contracts/releases (much more sufficient and detailed and legally binding than the "other" book's). It has item-by-item explanations on why the contract should state the item. It has examples of what happens when you don't have a contract that specifies certain items. It doesn't come with a CD of the contracts, but it does give you a Web site address they can be downloaded from (I haven't yet checked said Web site). I highly recommend this book!
