The author of this book has written another warm story that will bring the reader into a cocoon of happiness. The story is set in Estes Park, Colorado, in 1913, and the author has done quite a bit of research to make the setting realistic. The characters are so well written that they seem to come alive all on their own. Janice tells the story in such a manner that she gets the message that God wants the reader to hear without the reader being overwhelmed by it.
This happy story is filled with lots of twists and turns and characters. The author has used her knowledge of theatrical production in the telling of the story, also. What is to become of this sweet tomboy and the man she loves? What about the single men in the town?
You must read this book to find the answers to these and other questions.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to read a nice Christian romance with no blatant sexuality.

Janice has written a lovely tale! I loved each character! Lottie is a doll even if she does not know it in the beginning! and Gilbert? silly man, can't see the perfect lady that is right in front of him! Loved how the story flowed, and let's know forget Flossie and Fanny! this is a funny, loving and caring about others book! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
