This book is excellent if you don't have time or energy to lift weights after school or work. The workouts are great, and so are the indiviual excerises. The book can get a little bit murky every now and then, but it isn't problematic. All the health info is old news if you've read other health and workout books in the past. I'd recommend it if you don't want to (or can't) lift weights, and it I have seen some improvement in my strength and appearance.
