The author was my Personal Trainer for 3 years from 2000-2003. I loved it and miss it. But I still follow James workouts and food programs. THEY WORK! I went from a 47 old, out of shape housewife to feeling a looking great. I lost 47 lbs when I trained with James and have kept it off the weight. It really is quite simple to do. I dont love to lift weights but it only takes a 2 or 3 times per week and about 30 minutes. And his workouts work. The food menus are simple and you can still eat junk when you have to and you are not hungry. The 5 day low carb weeks are tough but I lose 5-10 lbs every time I do it. This is nice to have at your disposal when your diet falls off - like holidays and vacations. Good luck Mr Orvis - I know it will be a huge success!!
