I've been using volume I and II for many years now. As a matter of fact this is about the fourth time that I have purchased this book. Each time I let someone borrow either volume I or II the books never come back. This is why I need to pick it up again.
But this time purchasing volume II for my Nook (volume I is not a Nook book yet) , I was disappointed that it seems like a poorly scanned copy of the book. I am unable to adjust the font and the overall viewing quality is not that good.
Even more disappointing is that this excellent weight training program wasn't totally adapted to utilize the advantages of being on Nook.
Why not totally redo the book so that it is more interactive? This is just screaming for a Nook app so that I can take it to the gym and enter in my workout data as I finish each set. Then it would be great to upload to my computer to track my workouts.
Would highly recommend either vol. I or II (make it easy buy both!) in softcover but at this time I don't recommend the Nook version.
