This was Ok but a little disappointed only 36 pages for almost 10 dollars! Also, half the recipes are too high in points plus. Could be improved using lowfat ingredients instead of the full fat ones. Can be worked with by modifying the recipes using recipe builder in weight watchers on line to suit your own tastes. Still useful to cook for one. Should have had more content for the cost.

Wow! and Wow! Cooking for One and Weight Watchers tooooooooooooo.  I love this book.  I am a single dieter and this book is my life saver for sure.  Thanks Katie Love!  I recommend this book to everyone but especially to the weight watchers who are cooking for one.  Delicious and nutritious recipes.

I love this cookbook cooking for one. My family isn't helping me at all on my diet, but with this cookbook, I can cook for one and stay on my Weight Watchers 360 PointsPlus Program. Anyone who needs a cookbook for one will love this book! I highly recommend it to all Weight Watchers in the world! The PointsPlus are all counted for you each recipe and I love this unique and delicious concept of cooking for one to lose weight. I am going to use this book often for sure. Thumbs up and good eating to all.
