    Outstanding

    If you are a weight watchers member, you definetly should read this book. We all need motivation no matter if we just started, or have been a lifetime member. It is always good to keep feeding your mind with nutritional information, and ways to help you stay motivated at loosing weight. The book also has a lot of receipies, so it's two for one.
