If you need to lose weight, I highly recommend this weight loss book. Based on the famous MyPlate eating program, this book gives you step-by-step guide lines for using the MyPlate program in order for you to be a successful weight watcher. This is not a gimmick diet, but instead is a tried and proven safe way to take off the weight eating a wonderful nutritious balanced diet full of good healthy foods. Thumbs Up to you Carol Ann Dardley! Give us some more of these types of weight loss books. I love it!

Neither the product description nor these reviews are very helpful. Is this for people who want to follow the Weight Watcher plan without joining Weight Watchers? Is it a list of foods? Is it a restaurant guide? Is it a meal planner? Is it a grocery shopping guide. Is it still valuable if one IS attending Weight Watcher meetings? ???
