This book does have quite a lot of recipes that look pretty good. However, they are on the old Points system, not Points Plus. Also it just lists the point values, there is no nutritional information to easily convert recipes to Points Plus. Navigation throughout is disappointing.

I purchased and there is nothing inside but a list of recipes, the same as the sample! Do not buy!

First this is the old ww points system, second there is no nutritional info and third the spelling/grammer is terrible. Don't waste your money.
