Welcome to High Sierra

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Jason Ankeny
Released to cash in on the annual High Sierra Music Festival held in Bear Valley, California, Welcome to High Sierra is a rather deceptively titled collection -- although all of the included artists have previously appeared at the festival, these previously unreleased tracks were not actually recorded at any of the shows themselves, and are instead merely suggestive of what a typical festival lineup might be like. Of course, fans of the artists included here will still want the disc -- highlights include material from Loudon Wainwright III, Chuck Prophet and Dan Bern.
