This book is great for those who want to learn about cake decorating without having to pay for an expensive course. The directions are clear, the text is supplemented by beautiful photos and informative drawings, and the writing style is engaging as well as precise. I'm excited to use the recipes in the back to create a delicious masterpiece this weekend!

Not only is this book beautiful, but its a must for any cake decorator. It raises your skill level & makes you want to learn new techniques.

This is one of the most detailed books for the sugar artist. Explains many different techniques for all types of sugar confection. The recipes in the back of the book are worth noting.

This book has a lot of useful details on ornamental cakes. I'm not so big on this style but if you like particularly ornate cakes this would be the one for you.
