    Great for people with allergies

    Love this book because I have corn allergies and it tells you have to make jellies, jams, and sauces without using stuff that may have corn dirivitives in them.

    Small Batch Preserving Made Easy

    This book is great because it has new and interesting preserving recipes. Many books on the shelves today are the same old recipes passed down from grandma. Those are great for traditional families just trying to do canning on a budget, but Well Preserved adds some gourmet ideas to our home menus. It also is nice for those just beginning their canning career, since it has easy instructions and lots of pictures.
