I bought this book for my son when he graduated from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland. After looking through it, before I gave it to him, I thought of this inscription: ' MAY THE RECIPE FOR YOUR LIFE...BE THE BANQUET OF YOUR DREAMS....JH
