First book directed towards older backpackers

Ms. Alcorn interviewed some 30+ women ranging from 45 to 80+ in age, and combined their stories and experiences, along with hers, into this entertaining and encouraging book. The first part of the book are stories about the why and what is it of backpacking, the second part is on the how to. These stories and techniques for older women backpackers are essential for men or women who find the 55 pound packs of their youth no longer fun.
