Brenda Jackson's beloved Westmoreland family saga has been a reader favorite since making its debut in 2002. And with heroes including a bad-boy motorcycle champ, an arrogant sheikh intent on seduction, and a sexy fire chief whose world is turned upside-down by torrid weekend with a too-hot-to-handle virgin, it's easy to see why! Now you can get the entire series in handy bundle format, starting with this collection of the first five novels: Delaney's Desert Sheikh, A Little Dare, Thorn's Challenge, Stone Cold Surrender and Riding the Storm.
I found these books pretty good but some of the stories are a little repetitive. I found my self flipping pages to get to the good parts on some of them but they are pretty good for a rainy day. I Loved Delaney's, Dare's, and Thorn's stories the best.

I have purchased books 1-15 of this series currently on book 15 and when I tell you I am absolutely in love with these characters. Brenda Jackson hands down is one of "THEE" BEST authors around. These stories allow you to step out of your reality and live through ALL the sensual, breathtaking, funny, and downright shocking moments of each character life. I hear the series doesnt stop at book 15 and I am so excited about it. If the Westmoreland men were real, HONEY, BABY, CHILE! LOL Anyway, its an AWESOME READ; you will enjoy every sentence, page, and chapter. P.S. I'm still trying to figure out who's my favorite guy! lol

Great sex and powerful men lined the pages of Brenda Jackson's novels. I know the author says upfront that she likes to write about beautiful women and handsome men, but I wish sometimes she would write about average women :).

I found one of the Westmoreland books in the desk at my job one night and began reading it. I have to say I am addicted. I read the entire book in 1 day. I then found out about the series and I bought it on my nook. I have to say I am pleased to join the Brenda Jackson Fan Wagon. I will be buying the Westmoreland series books 6 thru 10 and reading her other novels too. This book is a very easy read and I recommend it for a book club. The characters make you want to continue to read more and more about them. Great Job Ms. Jackson..

I love the plots and turns Brenda combine with Romance. Her stories are cleaver and real talk for adults! Clearly she research her topics to make things so real! I love happy endings also!

Hot and spicy!!! If you need to feel good and get away to an imaginary place and time. Read these books. I am now on 11- 15. It's inspiring though fictional.
The author tends to follow the same "hard to get" "but when they do" pattern in all of them, but I guess thats her style of writing. I keep going back for more so I guess she's doing something right. They're working for me!!!!

The stories are good and I really have enjoyed the ones I have read so far. I finished 1-5 and am currently reading number 6. Frequently the descriptive parts and inner thought dialogues get to be a litte much and I find myself skimming over to get to the next piece of dialogue. Also, there are times in the dialogue where it seems a big leap is made from one part of the conversation to the next without explaining how the characters got there. A little more care with the dialogue and a litte less inner thought stream of conciousness would improve it. If you are looking for steamy though, this series definitely has that. Sometimes it seems everyone is a little too perfect!

Each story is like a patchwork quilt. Each story a panel, telling the love of each couple. When the panels are stitched together they form the family's story of love.
Beautiful overall, with overlap of some story lines, that builds into the next couples story.

I've enjoyed reading the Westmoreland Series, but I started at the end of the series. I enjoyed them so much that I searched for more and found these. Books 1-5 were fine, but I must admin that y the time I started reading books 6-10, he story lines were almost the same only the characters were different.

and recommended for the adult reader. Since the books are the beginning of a series, I purchased the bundles of the first 15 so I would understand the "story". The characters are well developed, the settings are interesting, the stories are filled with explicit sexual content and once you've read one you've essentially read the rest. At least that's the case regarding the first 5. I'm not sure if I'll read the remaining 10, because I have a gut feeling all the Westmorelands will be the same!
