    Inspiring and inspirational

I found this to be a book of insight to be consulted in times of indecision and crises, and to help you understand your questions, and give guidance. It imparts the feeling that life is a journey in which you will face challenges, setbacks joy and sadness, but whatever life holds there is hope. I found myself asking "Why have I created this? What is the meaning of this experience in terms of my growth?" and this book answered many of those questions. I love the fact that you can open "What Are You Reflecting" to any chapter and quickly glean insight into the challenge facing you at the moment.
