Daughters favorite purchased this for granddaughter

My daughter never tired of this book...as she got older it was a game to find the cat in the pictures. Read it over, and over. So she wanted it for her daughter. Brings back many pleasant memories.

    Silly Story!

My 5 year old daughter loves to listen to this story. I don't think she understood the concept at first :)
Perfect story to allow your kids to understand and us imagination. And to teach them that not everything you read or hear is true or real.
    Would definetely recommend.

    My childhood favorite...

I loved this book as a kid, so much so that I kept it for my son - however - mine is starting to fall apart - so I am keeping that one and can't wait to get my sons their very own copy!! I also love the little monster books!!

    Classic!

I have loved this book since I was little! Now that I have a son, I read it to him all the time. Great book for kids and adults who are kids-at-heart!

    It brings a smile

Having remembered this book fondly from my childhood, I am now purchasing a copy for my three children and my neice and nephews. It was such a fun book, and stuck in my head all these years as delightful.

One of my all time favorite picture books.

Read this book over and over to my kids when they were young and still read it just for fun. Wonderfully silly and imaginative. The little girl has grit. There's a catchy rhythm to the sentences that gets into your head like a favorite tune.
