“a good read for the bad times and makes a great gift for the graduating teenager who may need advice, looking back.”
What I Know Now/i>/i>
In the same manner of the New York Times bestseller What I Know Now comes a collection of letters to inspire and ignite the ambitions of women everywhere. Remarkable women write letters to their younger selves, telling the stories of familiar obstacles faced by ordinary women, who were able to accomplish something extraordinary.
What I Know Now About Success includes letters from fashion designer Kate Spade, makeup artist Trish McEvoy, Food Network star Paula Deen, ESPN host Hannah Storm, and others.
Ellyn Spragins, a former New York Times writer, established the What I Know Now™ series and seminars. She lives in Pennington, New Jersey, with her family.

Ellyn Spragins does it again with this newest book on success...more than career success, the stories detail how lives well-lived can inspire us all. Perfect timing for young people graduating from college into the real world -- the stories from an amazing array of personalities will make you smile, laugh out loud, and shed a few tears as you realize that it's not luck, but hard work and personality that moves us each forward into our own definition of success. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
There are letters that every woman and their younger selves can relate to. I did not think all stories were interesting but I would suggest the book for others to read.
