    Great when touring wineries

I took this journal with me on a recent visits to Napa. Pocket size is a big plus. Pages have room for simple to comprehensive notes on every wine tasted. Only negatives are no place to record retail and purchase prices and not enough pages dedicated to red wines. Would be better to just add wine type (red, white, dessert, etc) as another element to notate. Have already filled two journals and will get another prior to my next Napa Valley excursion.

This little book is a great tool for beginners.

I think the best feature of this journal is its size. It can fit into a pocket or purse to travel with you from winery to winery. Just jot down what you think of the wine, close it up, and secure it shut with the elastic band. If you like to write lots of details, then you may have trouble with space on a page. The pages are color coded into three sections: red, white, and pink (assorted wines). Throughout the journal are pages with tips, quotes, and great information regarding wine.
