A good primer for someone new to Six Sigma

This book is a quick read that summarizes 6S for those who are new to it. It explains what 6S is and how it differs from other business improvement approaches. It gives a general overview of some procedures and tools used in Six Sigma along with how 6S is applied to people and processes. It gives some practical advice to those beginning to work with 6S so they can get the most out of it. Not an in-depth book, but certainly a good place to get started and learn the basics.

    Informative book, good read

Book was very simple and straightforward. It was shorter than I expected (only about 100 pages), but the content was good and thorough for its length.

Hey, If Troy likes it, it has to be good!

Troy is the man!! I concur wholeheartedly with his review! But, I do think he must've read it from prison or the witness protection program, because I haven't heard from him in quite a while!

Great intro for those abut to become involved with a six sigma initiative

This book was not created in order to train the reader in all the toolsets of six sigma. This book was created to ease the minds of people within organizations that are embarking on a six sigma initiative. I found this book to be a great 'lean' book that gives the reader a starting to point to becoming involved with Six Sigma. Great job.

    Comic strip

This book was not what I expected, articles in magazines are more detailed than this book. Altough it gives us a BRIEF explanation it does not get in to any details.
