Aggies fans will relish the intimate stories told by the figures they have come to cherish.

Editorial Reviews

If you live in Texas and can't identify John David Crow, you have just been assigned to remedial football reading. Crow, still spry though a bit slower at seventy-four, was the 1957 Heisman Trophy-winning running back who starred for Texas A&M and then for three NFL teams. In this ample (320 page) celebration, Aggie advocate Rusty Burson (Texas A&M Football Vault) relives the triumphs of Crow and his teammates. "Rough, tough, real stuff, Texas A&M."
