Delightful Short Story!

What Janie Saw was a great short story. I read all of the Janie series and was delighted to find this eBook which was told from the viewpoint of the kidnapper! It left me wanting to read what comes next. Caroline B. Cooney is a very talented author.

    Peacemakers 6

    His name was flashfire......
.
.
.
flashfires point of view.
My name is carter. I have powers. I contacted this group of other people like me and they said i could join heir group. My hero name would be flashfire, they said. A girl, Ivy jade seemed to be in charge. There was also oceana, a teen mermaid. (My thoughts were "hot!") And this spider guy called "the sorcerer." Seemed like stuck up bigshots to me. But when i told them my powers they accepted me as their own. Its cool. All cool. My body bursts into flames when i get angry and i can shoot fireballs from my hands if i concentrate enough. But usually i just pass out. This cant work. Never will i be truly one of them. Ever.
