    Great Read

This book was hard to put down! Not your typical romance. You don't hear of people getting married by proxy especially after they were picked based on their answers from being interviewed for a "job"! I really enjoyed this book because you wanted to know what these characters were going to do next! Recommend!

Humorous and Light Hearted ~ A Must Read!!!

This is a more contemporary book than what we usually see from this author. While Nordin is a great romance writer, her stories are typically based in the 1800s. I have read numerous books from this author and enjoy them. Her step into a more modern romance is both humorous and charming. I was delighted with this book and couldn't put it down. I think this is my favorite story of hers so far.

Nathan is the typical wealthy entrepreneur who has reached the top of the ladder and believes that he can buy anything or anyone (including a wife). This belief carries on into his personal life when he tricks an employee into a marriage by proxy and believes she'll be more than happy to quit her job to be married and stay at home to have his child. Little does he know that the strong willed young Amy wants nothing to do with this false marriage and can't be bought. She wants her job back and everything to return to the way it was before she interviewed for what she thought was a promotion. Nathan knows that Amy is the one for him, and he must have her. Will Amy get her annulment and walk away, or will Nathan get everything what he wants?

    Money can't buy love...

What Nathan Wants by Ruth Ann Nordin Omaha Series Book 2 Nathan Rudolph has all the material things money can buy. He owns a travel business and now it's time to have a baby to pass his legacy on to. So he needs to find a wife and where better to look then his single female employees. When average Amy Watson comes into his office he knows she is the right one. Too bad she disagrees with him. Good thing he's optimistic and don't give up easily because he has a challenge to face with winning Amy. Amy enjoys her job and it looks like she is being called into the bosses office for an interview for a promotion, and she did not even ask for one. When he comes to tell her she is the one he chose, it is for his wife not a job promotion. The man thinks he can get what he wants without caring what she thinks and he plays dirty to get his way. Things like getting her parents on his side and her best friend Danielle is loving the idea of Amy having all that money to spend. Amy cannot be bought and does not want to be used just to have a child but could there be more to the bossy Mr. Rudolph then meets the eye? **Sexual Situations within marriage.

    Disappointing.

I have read a number of Ruth Ann Nordin's books and loved them. Easy to read and enjoyable throughout. The premise of this book was absurd. Nathan is a successful business owner who wants a wife and child. He interviews his female employees looking for one to fit this role but the employees think they are interviewing for a job promotion. Along comes Amy who thinks she got the job promotion and signs papers for this "promotion". Instead she has just signed a proxy that states she had married Nathan. To think that this was set in modern times and that Amy not only went along with it, she fell in love with Nathan, is ridiculous. It was an easy read but a stupid, stupid, stupid plot.

    Ok

First of all the dude on the cover is NOT attractive in the least. They could of done better for sure. The leading man was so annoying and retarted and the leading lady was just as dumb. The story wasnt believable at all, not that romance novels always are but this one was especially far fetched.

    Romantic & Very Funny!!

I loved this book especially for all the humor!! The sex scenes were a little to graphic & could have been toned down a lttle & it still would havebeen an awesome book!!
