Great information - not the best presentation.

I have been trying to eat more healthily anyway so this book reinforced some of what I already know. It has also given me new perspective on old testament dietary laws. I have looked and looked and have yet to find solid proof that we Christians were ever give the go ahead to eat pork, shellfish, etc. This book reinforces the wisdom behind these restrictions and encourages adherence to those laws.

Overall, a worthwhile book though it was certainly not the best written book I have read. The value of the information within, however, outweighs the bland writing style of the book.

Recommend getting non-DRM version if available if you wish to read in epub format in an alternate reader (I use moon+ reader on rooted Nook Tablet).

    highly recommend

I own this book in both ebook and hard copy form. This book is exactly what it says. The book will give you the exact information you are looking for and where to find it in the bible...in case you want to follow up with your own research. The book is an easy read even though it is written by a doctor. I have recommended this book to so may frinds and aquaintances. If you want good information about what the bible says about how to live healthfully, them read this book! This book goes beyond just how to eat, but also how to LIVE. i just can't say enough good things about this book!
