He is author of four books in the Integrative Health Series: Diabetes, Depression, Menopause, and Fibromyalgia. He contribute regularly to professional journals and has taught at the Mind-Body Health Center in Aurora, Colorado. He lives in Denver.

    Extremely informative....

    This book has it all!!! If you want a strong grasp of PCOS in order to visit your doctor and know what to ask about, this book is it. It covers the history of PCOS, how the syndrome is diagnosed, how it affects your reproductive system because of it's chemical effects on your endocrine system. The book explains all medications for every symptom of PCOS as well as alternative/holistic approaches. It has a chapter dedicated to diet and lifestyle as well as a huge amount of information on infertility. I researched other book reviews and initially wasn't going to purchase this book. However, the others were out of stock and I wanted something quick to educate myself before my follow up visit. The other books being out of stock was a blessing in disguise : )

    Life Changing

    This book is very informative and life changing. I thought I already knew a lot about PCOS before I read this book, but I definitely learned some things I didn't know. I would recommend this book to anyone who has been diagnosed with PCOS.
