A simple but profound way enjoy life

I love Cheri Huber's books and this is one of my favorites. If I could only have one book this would be the one because it presents a simple tool that can give you profound results if you only use it. It is clear and easy to understand but can easily be dismissed becasue it seems too simple. After the first three chapters I turned around a bout of depression I was dealing with almost overnight and I haven't fully incorporated the tool she offers in my practice yet.
