More About This Book

Overview

It’s time to step out of the box and shift your paradigm. It’s time to put everything you know about a high rate of return being equal to high risk to theside. What I’m about to tell you could turn the way you think about investing upside down. Are you open-minded to new ways of thinking? Are you ready tostep out of the box?Ever think about how banks and insurance companies invest their money? Ever think about how much money they make on your savings or insurance premiums? We all know that basically, they invest that money so as to earn more than they are paying you. What most people don’t know is that, for decades, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions have been making TaxDefaulted Paper part of their investment portfolios. Banks and other institutional investors enjoy high yield returns on their money, many times using the capital provided by the small investor, such as you and I. In exchange for the use of that capital, they pay interest rates that are a fraction of their own return. Whatis Tax Defaulted Paper? We define itas Real Estate related tax liens or tax deeds that are created by Counties across the United States as the result of non-payment of real estate taxes. It has been said that in life timing is everything. As I look around at the precarious state of the economy, the roller coaster stock market, and the lowrate of return on investments coupled with the still high cost of borrowing, I know that when it comes to the Tax Lien and Deed industry, THE TIME IS NOW.

    Great overview of the industry

If you want a no nonsense overview of the tax lien and deed industry without spending a hundred dollars or more on infomercial junk this is your book. It's easy to read and gives you enough info to get started in your area. It even includes the questions you should be asking.

    Excellent book

This book changed my life! For that I am eternally grateful to the author for writing it. This awesome introduction to buying tax lien certificates & tax deeds is readable, enjoyable & thorough. If you are a novice to the industry & know next to nothing about the personal fortune to be made in tax lien certificates, you will thank your lucky stars that you bought this book. If you already know everything you will probably not, as it was written to give regular, hardworking people access to knowledge no bank or real estate agent is willing to share. Ms. Villanova's book is immensely encouraging, very well explained & I am eternally grateful for the knowledge she imparts so succinctly. I have recommended it to best friends, family, bought copies to give away, and will continue to do so, as long as there are people who struggle to live from paycheck to paycheck, I know this book can be the start of a completely new life. I've read thousands of books, I know the best when I see it, & this book is simply IT!

    Author didn't do her homework

My State is listed in this book as a Tax Lien Certificate State, and although the copyright date is April 2002, my State has not allowed such activity since 1987. I'm disappointed.

    A Helpful Guide for Investors

This book is great for the investor who wants to earn a high rate of return with minimal risk. I learned a great deal from this book and the author about investing in high-yielding tax lien certificates. I have been earning 18% annually, and now that I know what to do, it's actually pretty easy. If you're looking to grow your wealth over the long term, I recommend buying and using this book--it's well worth the small purchase price.

    This stuff really works!

I have personally worked with the author learning how to purchase tax lien certificates, as well as property at various tax deed auctions. This book truly does give you the tools to make a healthy profit with very little money up front. The market for this type of investment is HUGE! Especially since tax defaulted paper is not very well known at all. This is not like playing the market and hoping for the best, this is the most secure investment with the highest return rate that I'm aware of. I'd recommend this book to anyone looking to get the most bang for their investment buck!
